Imagination or Reality
The wonder of the world is in your minds eye. Using that energy controls stress and anxiety. Learning to relax and take in the world through your breathing is a key to a long life. When you can relax the body, the mind has time to kick into gear and allow dreams to come forward. Learning this is like a child that knows no stress, has no understanding of evil or knows no fear. We all have issues that we came here to earth to work through, even though we may not remember the lives that we have lived. I love to watch the Country Time Lemonade commercials because they take us to a place swinging in the hot summer sun with trees and peace in the air. It gives us time to reflect on some of life's happy moments, if you can think through your imagination. Take a few moments to sit down and appreciate where you came from, look at your past in this life and see if you can learn some of the lessons that you've had to learn. Sometimes our most painful experience gives us something. We may have learned to endure strength, wisdom or compassion. We may have learned caution but something may have come through the brain that when you reflect back, you can figure out the real lesson. When you calm your body, it becomes one with your soul energy and your God light itself. You learn acceptance of yourself as well as acceptance for others. When you can put it all in perspective of where life gave you dreams, you are really learning to accept the beauty all around you. Sometimes I imagine that life can be perfect and ask God (and the angels) to bring that for all of mankind. To know the internal imagination can bring beauty that cannot be purchased or sold. It allows the reality of the world to know you have a very important mission (as every human and living being does) no matter what race or creed. This is known prior to coming to earth. Think back in time to when you read or maybe heard the story of the Ugly Duckling and how the real beauty was within, just waiting to come forward. We all have it. It may be lurking in front of you or just around the corner waiting for you.
Just walk a few more steps. Love comes from within. It is through the energy of knowing that it becomes a reality. So when you get down with the blues, look first within. We all have a vision of a bright and beautiful world with peace and understanding all around. This is within all that we meet or encounter in this life. Our childhood stories are waiting in our subconscious mind to remind us of that peace. Sometimes through the eyes of a child this is seen. I sometimes wonder, if God had not given us our sense of sight, would we in tune our other senses to the emotions of love and compassion for each other? Would we have slowed the process of man down or would we have used more imagination to help us move in a different direction in life? We all can benefit not only in health but also in heart just by taking time to go to a park, look at a lake or find our self-using gift that God gave us... our day dream energy.
When you need to change your space in which you live, you redecorate or move furniture around. You are using this energy to picture through your third eye of how it will look if you put it into reality. You are always in charge of how you use this light. Learn that inner child light and all who you come into contact with will open the communication of their inner child too. Think about our society today, we have play groups for our children, when we as adults just want out to find some friendships. We never had the material items children have today. We used that inner child energy to keep ourselves occupied. We did not have the fear the world has today. When we had family time, it seemed so important to discover the feelings of the day. Sure we had stress but we did not work in a 24 hour world. Some businesses closed on Sunday's and more people stayed home. Life does change and I believe that our children may never understand that day and age because of our busy lives today. So get out and teach them. Take control of your own imagination. Light and share it with them or a friend. The hard times of the past may not have been so hard. We are truly blessed in this life to have seen so many changes and so much technology. We also have the blessings of knowing what yester year means. Take time to realize who you have become because of that inner child you still have locked up. Open new doors and look at what you want as the day dream you deserve. The reality of this life will come to pass. You really do have all the control in you body, mind and spirit. Don’t reflect back on what could have or should have happened to you. Have more control when you look at what can be… DREAM!
