Weekday parties start at 5:30 PM unless other arrangements have been made.

All sessions are recorded although it is not guaranteed. ( Sometimes even though the equipment is up to date for recording spirit may not allow the session to be taped. ( Although the record button has been turned on)
What the Host should know.
Party that is scheduled should be confirmed 5 days prior with the number of people at 513-943-1638.
All parties that are booked are considered booked from that date.
5 days prior host needs to call to give final number of people that are coming so Thomas brings enough tapes for recoding.
A special place should be set up where Thomas can be with client and wont be disturbed.
A small table and at least two chairs are needed, If host needs Thomas to bring a table this should be requested at the time of confirming number of people.
All people should be on time and scheduled
Thomas may take a break around 4-5 people depending on the number attending the party but this will be communicated to the host.
Host should collect all money and place it in an envelope and Thomas will collect this at the end of the party.
What you should inform your guest prior to event.
All people should prepare a list of questions although no questions will be allowed up front or prior to the actual session.
If family is wanting to communicate with the same loved one
it is sometimes best for the family to come in to a
session together and then get a private reading.
Communication with someone who has passed on.
The client receiving the reading can request a mediumship session or communication with a loved one that has passed on Thomas does recommend that the person has been on the other side for a minimum of two months for the best connection.
As stated above Thomas does not allow questions prior to the actual
session.
